Need balance
Hello there. See our S380-31 or S385-31. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option, choose 3040.

I'm afraid not. These are very precise systems, and using the wrong strength option will lead to your window not operating properly. If the spring is too weak, the window won't stay open. If it's too strong then you'll have the opposite effect: it will be very difficult to close and could even drift open on its own.
