Need balance identified.

Question

The balances are 27" long. The sash guides also broke so i need to know which ones are compatible. Last thing is the top double paned window is frosted, do you sell those and are they easy to replace. Thanks

See either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2640. For a new Top Sash Guide, see the 18-171.

A frosted window pane sounds like the molding around the glass has been compromised. We can't replace this, but contact a glass shop in your area. They should be able to repair this.
