My house was built in abt 1975 with what I believe are Mercer double-hung wood windows. I need to replace some broken spring balance shoes that fit inside the vinyl sash (see attached pics). The springs are in good shape still - just the plastic piece is broken on some of my windows.
Mercer was acquired by VPI Windows a year or so ago and I already checked with them for the parts. They referred me to you.

Hello! It's a good thing the springs are still in good shape, because we can't supply them. We can supply those clutches, though. See our 20-006. I believe this set is just what you're looking for.
