Need balancer guides

Question

I am the house mom at a fraternity at UF. Our house was renovated 6-7 years ago. Our windows are now PGThurricane windows. A number of guides to keep the windows from moving sideways and crushing the balancers have broken. I have some broken windows having the impact glass replaced, but they told me they couldn't get the guides. (That's what I call them; I don't know if it's the right name.

The fat part the lock sits on is 2 5/16" wide. The thickness of that part is 1/16".

Hello,

First off, I'm also a UF alum. What a small world!

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the sash lift cap shown in your photos, though we've seen similar ones in the past. You may want to try contacting PGT directly. At the very least, they should know who can supply the part you're looking for.

I'm sorry that we won't be able to help in this case but if you need new balances or any other parts down the line, please let us know!
