Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 351 or Series 390 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Can you also verify the length of the metal channel? It should be 25" based on your stamp. If you're confident that this balance is only 24-1/2" long, then this may need to be a custom order. To be safe, please also give me the precise weight of the sash and the quantity you wanted to buy.
