Need balances for windows and Rollers for sliders

Thanks for writing in! To start, take a look at part 87-190 as a replacement for your window roller. Carefully review and compare the measurements to determine if this may work as a replacement for you. Keep in mind, this roller is made with nylon shoes.

I am confident we have a replacement balance we can supply you with however, to be absolutely sure I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top and bottom plastic attachments from the balance. The stamp provided only indicates the weight range the balance can carry to support the sash. This will be useful once we've determine the type of balance you need.

Thanks for the photos. It looks like you have the S390-27 with a 1-1/8" shoe. Although you may want to look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm double check the depth of the shoe. 

You'll need to select the 2640 stamp for a window weighing 19 to 26lbs.
