Need balances and replacement instructions

Unfortunately, I couldn't find that code anywhere in my records. At this stage I don't know what kind of balance you have. The best place to start would be for you to remove the existing balances from the window and show me a clear photo of them by themselves and without obstruction. I can then check to see if we have a match in our inventory.

Please note that I may request more information after that, but I need to see your part first to know what to ask for.
