Need bolts that hold my single hung PlyGem window sash of in the frame

The bolts that hold my single hung PlyGem window sash of in the frame are broken. You can see each is held in place by two screws in the sash. I like to buy these replacement bolts. There is no label that tells me the window model number. I just know that it is a PlyGem window. Can you help?

Sounds like you need a pivot bar. Can you show me a picture of the pivot bar itself? That would help us find what you need. We will also need its dimensions, specifically the hole placement.
