Need both side everything including pivot

The window frame and glass is ok, I need to replace everything in both side including metal pivot also please help. I do not know what to order

Hi there!

It looks like you have the 15-180 balance shoe that's designed to use the Series 190 coil springs. We also sell the 15-181 double coil support and 15-182 bushing. Look these parts over and see what you think.

In order to ID the pivot bar, we would need to see it removed from the sash. If there's an identical window in the house, we can use that as a reference.
