Need bracket for sash cord to attach

Question

This is for an Andersen 200 Series double sash window. The upper sash cord brackets that attach to the frame are broken.  Can you assist with replacement part?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I do not recognize your balance clip at first glance. We would need to see an intact balance assembly fully removed from the window to determine if it is something that we can supply. Thank you!
