Need casement arms (?) for Comfortline fiberglass casement window

A contractor from norristown, pa says:
I contacted Comfortline and was sent a replacement part with arms in a different location, so the sash would most likely need modifying. They said they have no other options on their end... just wanted to see what (if anything) you had to offer before I start modifying the sashes to make these work.
