Need casement hinge set

Question

Looking for casement hinge and window bar/slider.

Windows are Milgard casements. Arm on hinge reads 40986. Have given lengths in photo. Where hinge mounts to frame, appears to be a sandwiched configuration.

Also need bracket mounted to window, where hinge mounts. This is the bottom bracket, camera looking up. Bracket on window is 4".

Thanks for posting. We don't carry a hinge set with a 13" track, but we've found our 14" 36-004-14 should work, so long as you replace both hinges in the window at the same time. Take a look at the dimensions below and see what you think.
