Need casement operating arm for small window

Question

I need small operating arm for a second floor casement window .

It appears to be a right arm as lock is on left and opens out to right .

It says "Entry guard Truth on it and is A Jen Weld casement .

I need the bushing as that has broken .

Please quote price and shipping costs in 4-10 business days .

I need to replace soon as window is not locking or closing tight .
