Need channel balance 36-3-EKS-CMC-6

Question

I have PGT windows and in one window the cord that attaches to the pulleys and spring broke. The channel balance is 37 inches long without the end guides.

Hello!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-37 or S385-37 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You will also need a 3630 stamp option.
