Need channel balance

Thanks for posting. Looks like you have our S385-27 Channel Balance. Just double check the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. From the photo you show me, it looks like it's a little over 1", or 1-3/32". If it was a little less though, at 1", you ought to look at the S380-27 instead. I think you have the S385-27, but just go over this dimension to be extra sure.

Once you select your balance, you will need to choose a stamp option. Look for a stamped number somewhere on the metal channel that should conform to our stamp options. If not, or if you are unsure, you can weigh your window sash. That precise weight can then be matched with one of the weight ranges listed on the product page. Let us know if you have any questions. 

It still looks a bit closer to 1-3/32" to me, and therefore the S385-27; but again, I must stress that reading rulers from photos is no guarantee, especially when we're talking about such a small difference. I suggest you run the ruler along the widest part of the shoe, just beneath the end of the metal channel--if it it looks just a little bigger than 1", then its a Series 385. If its equal to or less than 1", then its a Series 380. 

Your stamp option of 26 4 conforms to our stamp option of 2640, for a window sash in the weight range of 19 through 26 lbs.
