Would you please help me identify and order the correct channel balance? The number on the balance is 20-4 FE5 CMC 75. It measures 1/2" wide and 21" long. The top measures 11/16" 1/2". I think the shoe measures 1/2", 15/16", and 1 1/16". Thank you.

Thanks for contacting us. Take a look at our Series 385 and carefully compare it to your existing balance. How does everything match up? Is the bottom shoe the same? Let me know what you think.

I looked at the 385 series, but wasn't exactly sure whether the shoe measured 1 3/32" or 1 1/16." Does the number on the balance say that the 385 series will fit?
BTW, what are the potions 2010, 2020, 2030, 2040, 2050? Thanks.

No, the stamp just indicates what the strength of the balance is. You will have to get as exact a measurement as you can from your shoe to know for sure.
As for the options, you can see what they mean by looking at the chart for the S385-21. Like I said, they let you know what the strength of your balances are. Specifically, it shows you how much weight two balances working together can support. They are as follows:
2010 can support 5 through 8 pounds.
2020 can support 8 through 12 pounds.
2030 can support 12 through 15 pounds.
2040 can support 15 through 23 pounds.
2050 can support 23 through 27 pounds.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
