Need channel balance replacements

Question

My channel balances are marked as shown in photo. However, the metal-only length measures 28". The overall length, including the top guide & shoe is 29".
It seems my channel balances match your Series 351 in every way. But is the Series 351 metal-only length 30", or 28" like mine?
Please advise so that I can order & begin to replace my broken ones.

Hello,

We carry the S351 in various lengths, including the S351-28 with a 28" metal channel. Take a look and make sure that both end attachments match up to the S351.

You will also need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under the product description to choose your spring strength option. Thank you!
