Need channel balance replacements no identification

A home owner from California says:
The channel balances on my windows are old and need replacement.
There is no part number on balance but found sticker in top of window.
Also need the sash cams? Plastic pieces.

Appreciate help on identifying replacement part numbers.

This looks like either a Series 380 or Series 385 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances Series is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the heel-to-toe measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. To know what length to select, measure the length of the metal channel but do not include the fittings in that measurement. For the Top Sash Guides, we will need to see one out of the window with pictures of the front and side. Let me know if you have further questions.
