Need channel block

Question

I need non-tilt block and tackle window balances. The brand I currently have is BSI with the stamp 25 4.

As you see in the pictures if you measure from the top just the metal plastic to plastic it's 25 inches. If you turn it on its side and measure metal to metal it's 25 1/2 inches.

Please let me know which selection I should order. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you need. Although, there is a bit more information I'll need to confirm to ensuring we are supplying the correct balances. These are a custom/special order balance called an extended travel balance.

May I please see a photo of the side of the shoe, without anything covering it? The measuring tape in the photo of the side profile view blocks the shape of the back of the shoe. You'll also need to double check the length of the metal channel. The length of the channel for the balances you need will be 25-5/8".

Finally, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
