Need channel parts 2530 BSI

Question

Hello,

I am looking for the replacement parts of my EPI Window. As I attached pictures, I need a left side non tilt channel balance.

Length 26 inch and width 1/2 inch. 2530 number on it.

Could you please identify your part number? Should I change right side as well?

Hello, thank you for posting!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You will need a 26" balance with a 2530 stamp option. Please let me know if you have any questions.

We do recommend replacing both sides at once because pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new balance to wear out faster.
