Hello,

Your window crank reminds me of either the 39-094 9-3/8" arm or 39-150 8-3/8" arm Andersen Straight Arm Operator (the opposite handed versions are both tagged below). Each of these operators uses the 39-286 Casement Window Handle and the 39-150 is not sold with a track.

To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the dimensions.
