Need coil balance

It appears that you are in need of a new coil balance assembly. To further review, we will need to see the original balance removed where we can see clear images of the pivot shoe that the coil springs attach to. We will also need to know if the original springs are 1/2" or 3/8" thick.

Also please review the coils to see if there are any numbers stamped into the metal that will indicate the weighted options needed. If no numbers are present, please provide the weight of the window sash. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!
