Your balance resembles the 15-191 pivot shoe that is compatible with either the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs or the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs. Please review and measure to confirm the best fit!
Their should be a number stamped on the original coil that will tell you the weight option needed. If there is no marking, please provide the weight of the window sash and the Series of coil spring you have to move forward.

Please review the S160-4 coil spring. This spring can support 4.5 pounds of weight. Together with the other side, the total sash weight should weigh 9 pounds. I recommend weighing the sash on a scale to confirm this.
