Need coil spring for MI Window

Question

I just submitted a request to help I dentify a part, then I found this page on your web site that enables me to upload pictures. Sorry for the duplicate request.
Have MI Windows manufactured on 2/9/2006. The coil spring is 1/2" wide, and the bottom window that it is attached to measures 35"H x 33.75" wide. The top and bottom pieces that the coil attaches to seem fine, just the coil is broken. However, if there is a suitable assembly to replace all pieces (top,bottom and coil), I would be open to buying themn all.

Hey Joe. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, 15-181 Double Coil Support with 15-182 drums. This setup works with the Series 190 Coil Balance system. This Coil system is modular, meaning you only need to replace what is broken. For the replacement coil springs you have to choose a spring weight. This determines the weight the individual coil can support. There should be stamps on the old springs that indicate what to pick, but if there are none or you're unsure, give me the exact weight of the window sash, and I can work it out for you.
