Need coiled spring balance

Part is broken and I'm not sure if I have all the pieces not sure of the manufacturer of the vinyl double hung window

The shoe you have should be the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. While I am confident this should be the correct replacement, it may be a good idea to find an undamaged shoe (if possible) to compare the dimensions.

Be sure to check the pivot bars as well. They are installed to the bottom of the window sash.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. Yours are anchored to the window track using the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and 15-182 Coil Bushing.
