Need coils and pegs

A home owner from East Haven, Connecticut says:

Hi, I need new balance coils and "Pegs" for windows. Pictures attached. Unfortunately I don't have any names or model numbers for the window or balance coils, but there is a number "8" on the coil itself. Wondering if you guys can help to find a replacement? Thank you! Sincerely Sergio

It looks like you have our 15-175 pivot shoe which is compatible with our series 152 coil spring.
