The BSA sash I would like to replace has a metal channel 13 5/8 inch in length and 9/16 inch wide. Plastic end pieces have white plastic wings that are 1/2" wide and keep the whole thing in the window channel. Wings are partly broken off. Pully ropes also broken. Can you sell me a new piece complete that will work? I so please provide cost and part number and any ordering instructions.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to identify your exact replacements based on the description of the balance and the stamp alone. I'll need to see a photos of the top and bottom attachments, from an undamaged balance to identify the right replacement.
Given the length of the balance, it sounds like you may have an extended-travel channel balance, which are a custom assembly. That said, to identify the exact type you need, I will need to see the hook/clip that should be attached to the bottom shoe. If your balance does not have this, it is likely the balance is damaged, so you'll need to look for one with the hook in tact.
