Need complete window balances with this shoe

I need two balances for a tilting sash window. The old balance is 36" long, U-shaped and the window weighs 24.6 lbs. The old balances have the code C3530 stamped. Do you think you can help me?

Oh, and the attached picture is one of the shoes, which I don't see anywhere in your inventory. Wondering if the shoe on your part 795 would be a decent replacement?

I'm not sure what you may have here. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show us the whole assembly? It would also be a huge help if we could see a photo of the front of the pivot shoe. Can you also write out its thickness and width?
