Need confirmation identifying parts

Fixing several windows in my home. Built in 1997. Can you confirm I need the 35" series 770 balance or something different. Need all new pivot shoes as well.

Hello!

Your balance is a match for the S775-35 with the 35C stamp, not the Series 770. You'll have to measure the shoe as shown below to determine the size. Unfortunately, the shoes are not sold separately.
