Need confirmation that I ordered the right part

Hi, I am attaching photo of my window sash. I ordered a replacement, but at the last moment decided to check with your experts whether it was a right part. Below is the details of my order:

To confirm that this is the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments of the balance. Take a look at the attach video as well.

The stamp only indicates what weight range the balance can support but doe not identify the series.

It is a bit difficult to confirm given then angle of the bottom shoe, however, it does appear that both your top guide and bottom shoe appear to have wings.

I'd recommend taking a look at our S380-30 and S385-30 with a 2930 stamp. You'll need to confirm the measurement of your bottom shoe to confirm which series is the right fit for you.
