Need correct mortise lock and catch and new lock switch

Question

previous owner had door lock cobbled together, the mortise lock is incorrect, doesnt fit the opening, and the latch switch broke . I'm looking for the correct mortise set, switch, and possibly weather stripping for the edge of the door.   Thanks.

Hello there. Wow, 'cobbled together' is putting it nicely. What's interesting is that mortise lock (our 82-226) technically does work with your handle set, but clearly this is not a stable setup. I think the lock you need might be our 82-239, but without seeing the original this is just an educated guess. Compare the dimensions listed below with the hole spacing and cavity in your door, and see if you think it might work. For the thumb lever, see the 82-107.
