Thanks for prompt reply . Coil spring I am pretty sure is 6.5 as it was written on the case, see if attached image is more clear. Bigger question is about the pivot shoe. Thanks!

Unfortunately, we won't be able to determine the correct pivot shoe while it is still installed. We'll need you to remove it entirely from the window jamb, as well as write out the exact width and thickness, to narrow down your replacement options.
