Need correct pile weatherstripping

I ordered 3/16 x 3/16 but it's loose. I think it's a 1/4 x 1/4. Can you help me identify correct size? Also my single hung window does not come out completely. I have pictures too.

Unfortunately we are not able to get precise dimensions from the pictures provided. We do not carry a pile weatherstip with a 1/4" base. Are you able to remeasure to determine if you could have a 7/32" or 9/32" base instead?

I have pile weather stripping in my windows. Base width is 7/32 and height is 1/4, 9/32 or 5/16. Do you guys have pile weatherstripping in any of those sizes?

The best we can provide to the measurements provided is the 58-158 pile weatherstrip that has a 7/32" base and 5/16" pile height. This style has a fin seal in the center of the pile. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions.
