Thanks so much for reaching out to us. That's some bend! Fortunately, we can help. See our 39-342 Roto operator. We also sell the 39-341 for the opposite side if you needed that. 

Lastly, you're going to need the 39-232 handle for either side. You'll note that your old operator is "female," whereas the newer style operator is "male." For some reason, Roto changed the design of this operator some years ago. I couldn't tell you why, but aside from needing a new handle I think our hardware will work well for this application. Just make sure to review everything before you buy anything.
