Hey there. We may be able to help, but I'd like to see the entire operator, including the arm(s) that move the window. A bird's eye view, with the window open, would be best. We'll do our best to help from there.

Perfect, thanks. This looks like the 39-253LB dual-arm operator. The 39-375 Handle and Cover will fit this, as will the 39-451. See what you think.
