Need crank and gear assembly

Question

Long arm is apprx 9"
Short Arm portion attached to gear is apprx 3-3.5"
Short Arm portion attached to window is apprx 4.5"
Stamp on long arm reads, "Entry Gar Truth"
Stamp on short arm reads, "20810A"
Stamp on handle reads, "Thermal Gard".
Need to get both left and right version and advise on how to get to screws to replace.

Your operator resembles the 39-032. Take a look and compare the specifications below to confirm it's a match. We also offer the 39-107FK handle with cover and the 39-031 opposite-handed version.

Dimensions for 39-032

As for the screws, we offer the 33-079, but you'll need to confirm it's the same size as the original screws used to install your operators. Thanks for posting!
