Thank you for reaching out to us. I recommend taking a look at the 39-329 and 39-330 operators which use the 39-232 handle (sold separately). We don't sell your exact hinge but our 36-048 should work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. Take a look at the specifications for these parts and see how they compare to yours.
