Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you confirm the distance between the two installation holes, measured from the center of each hole? Can we also see a photo of the mortise lock?

Thank you for getting back to us. Your mortise lock resembles the 82-239. This lock is often used with handles with 3-15/16" hole center spacing. It's hard to say from photos of a tape measure but I wonder if the installation hole center spacing could be 3-15/16" for your old handles. We recommend you confirm that first. If it's indeed 3-15/16", take a look at the specifications for the 82-030 and see how they compare with yours.
