It's tough to say what you could use without seeing the original hardware and knowing your dimensions but start by comparing our 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing and see how it compares to your door specifications. If you need a new mortise lock as well, start with the 82-218 and see if it would fit in your door cutout. Thanks for posting!
