The cover and handle sets for these operator are sold separately. There is the 39-376 (used with 39-253RB) and the 39-375 (used for 39-253LB), which are folding handles and covers or the 39-452 (used for 39-253RB) and 39-451 (used for 39-253LB). which are non-folding.

You may also need the 39-259 Track Slider, the 39-258 Casement Track, and the 39-375 and 39-376 stud brackets.
