Need drawer glide for Pennsylvania house dresser

A home owner from CT says:
On the broken glide:

Ronthor Reiss Corp. N.Y. C.
R-40-28

The glide was held on with staples...there were no screws.

Can you tell me which replacement glide I need?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I believe you can use our 32-118 as a substitute for the old R-40-28. Look it over and let me know if you have any questions.

A home owner from CT says:
My original glide was stapled and not screwed. What size screws do you recommend I use with 32-118?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

If your old guide used staples, you can do the same with the 32-118. It works the same way, it just offers screw holes as an option for those who might prefer to do it that way.

A home owner from CT says:
I think I would prefer screws but don't know what size to use.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Gotcha, you can use a #6 X 1/2" pan or truss head screw to install the 32-118.
