Need face mount keeper

Question

Hello, I have been looking for weeks to try found 2 for my house... The first keeper that we need is to replace the old broken one. The second one is to replace with a taller keeper because the bottom window is not closing firmly to the base. The one that I believe my fit is the: 90-283 from your site. I don't mind replacing the sash lock with the keeper to resolve this issue. Please see the attached pictures. Please advice.

We don't sell this exact keeper, unfortunately. I would say that our best option would be the 90-301, but it's still very different and I'm not sure how well its dimensions match up. Look it over and see what you think.
