The balance, marked 2920, fell apart at window opening. I'd like to replace both on same window. It is 30 inches long, metal to metal. The other part, the plastic one in photo, attaches to side of window, movement window section, with one screw. I will need that part also.

Hey there. I am sure we can help, we just need a little more information. Can you show me closer, clearer photos of both nylon end attachments on the channel balance? Can you show me the Top Sash Guide, the separate nylon piece, from a few different angles? That should be enough to narrow this all down.

Thanks for getting back to me. For the channel balance see if either the S351-30 or S390-30 match what you need. It will depend on the shoe depth, shown below. For a stamp option, choose 2920.
