Need for both sides of the sash.

Question

Would like complete assemblies if available. Otherwise,I need two coil balance springs. Only numbers I can see in the plastic is a patent # 4.610.108. Also a number on the coil is 6 or a 9?
Window sash is 22.5"x 22.5"x 1.5" thick. Window channel is 1.25" wide.

Thanks for writing in! Your balance shoe can be replaced with either the 15-111 Pivot Shoe or the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe; they each have the same dimensions. To confirm that these are the right fit for your window, you'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

These shoes are compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance. Unfortunately, I am unable to determine whether or not your shoe has a 6 or a 9 by looking at it. You'll need to confirm the weight of the sash to confirm which one it is.

Once you have the sash weight, you'll be able to divide that number by the total number of coils in the window. For example, if it is 12lbs and the window only uses one coil on each assembly, you'd need the S160-06.
