Need four Caldwell 28 4 spring balances and one metal clip

A handy person from Spokane says:
Replacing four 21 year old spring balances on single hung vinyl windows. The cord has broken on two of them and would like to have two spares. The metal channel is 5/8"x5/8"x29" long. Shoe is 1 1/8" deep. Both top and shoe have wings.
The metal clip (one has been lost) in last photo is located on the jamb and retains the spring balance during window removal.
Please advise on correct part numbers and prices.
Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hi, Ken. Wings and a 1-3/32" shoe means you need the Series 385. Based on your stamp, I would guess the metal bar is 29" long, so you can use the S385-29. Your stamp should be 2840, for a sash weighing between 23 and 28 pounds.
