Hello! This looks like our 81-126 at first glance, though there are some differences in design. I just don't know if it's because ours is simply a newer version or if they're just two different and incompatible parts. I recommend looking over our measurements just to be sure they all line up. Let me know your thoughts.

I see your handle is also damaged, and it appears to have a 3-15/16" hole center spacing. If I'm right then the 82-003 should work for you. I also recommend reviewing our information for that product to confirm.
