1. I found the crank part.
2. The hinges are 13 inches long and I can only find 10 inch long ones.
3. the handles and crank covers are ok. i dont need new ones of those.

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell a hinge set with a 13" base, unfortunately. The 36-049 appears to be our closest option. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think. We just suggest that you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

OK I'll check if the 14-inch hinges will work. I actually do need the crank assembly if you have them. I can't find them at the moment, would you mind posting them here along with the price? Thank you.

Sure, the operator in your photos brings the 39-220B and 39-221B to mind. I recommend you review our specifications to ensure they match up with your old operator assembly.
