Slips when I turn the handle. It's not the handle to gear connection.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell the internal components of the operator. The best we can offer would be the 39-264 Andersen operator. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly.

Hi. I've compared and the measurements seem to be the same except for 3 11/16. Mine is 4 1/2. That said I don't think this makes a difference (I can just drill new mounting holes). Do u agree. ?

Yes, you would just have to drill new installation holes since your operator appears to be an older version.
