Need good quality replacement

My windows don't lock properly. These windows are at least 25 years old. The locking handles are too loose and have no grip to keep the windows locked. Is there a way to repair them by changing small parts?

Thanks for posting. Check out our 38-036 Casement Lock. This looks close to me, but please review and see if you think you can use this as a replacement.
