Hi there. I just noticed that my window was jammed. It is marked "29 3 FQ CALDWELL". The balance is 30 in long (not including fittings), the nylon cord is 41.5 in long (plus the hooks), the spring at rest is 13.5 inches (without attachments).

Your channel balance resembles the S395-30 shown below. The 29 3 stamped on your assembly indicates that you'll need 2930 strength options for your replacements. Take a look and thanks for posting!
